As such, this organisation requires additional expertise in its SAP SuccessFactors team, with subject matter experts within the Compensation module.

• 3+ years of experience working with SAP SuccessFactors.
• Strong experience with the SAP SuccessFactors Compensation module.
• Ability to host client workshops and gather requirements.
• Ability to work on implementation projects independently.
• German fluency strongly preferred.
