Key Responsibilities • Lead end-to-end delivery of data center projects from initiation through to handover. • Manage project schedules, budgets, risks, and resources. • Coordinate with clients, contractors, consultants, and technical teams. • Oversee construction, M&E, commissioning, and operational readiness activities. • Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget. • Facilitate stakeholder meetings and provide regular project reporting. • Manage change control processes and project governance requirements. • Support vendor management and procurement activities where required.

Requirements Essential • Proven experience delivering data center projects as a Project Manager. • Strong understanding of critical infrastructure environments including: • Power systems • Cooling systems • Network infrastructure • Commissioning processes • Experience managing contractors and multidisciplinary teams. • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. • Fluent English. • Must hold a valid EU Passport. • Eligible to work across the European Union without sponsorship.

Freelance Project Manager Frankfurt, Germany (On-site/Hybrid) Contract/Freelance Day Rate: Dependent on Experience Overview We are currently seeking an experienced Freelance Data Center Project Manager to support the delivery of large-scale data center projects across Frankfurt.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing infrastructure, construction, fit-out, migration, and commissioning activities while coordinating multiple stakeholders to ensure successful project execution.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a fast-paced environment supporting critical infrastructure developments within one of Europe's leading data center hubs.

Desirable • PMP, Prince2, or equivalent project management certification. • Experience working with hyperscale or colocation data centers. • German language skills. • Background in construction, engineering, mission-critical facilities, or IT infrastructure projects.
