About The Project
BMW Motorrad Welt Berlin is more than a showroom – it’s where brand, community and motorcycle culture come together under one roof in Berlin‑Spandau. Your mission
We’re looking for a Berlin‑based freelance Marketing Manager to help shape, activate and grow this space – both on‑site and digitally.
The role is designed around approximately 20 hours per week, with 1–2 days on‑site in Spandau and flexible hours for the rest. The project runs until December 2027. You’ll work closely with BMW Motorrad and project stakeholders, while independently driving the marketing, communication and event strategy that brings people through the door.
What You’ll Do Strategy & Planning Develop the annual marketing and communications plan Define themes, content directions, target audiences and KPIs Translate BMW Motorrad values into locally relevant experiences Events & Programming (together with Event Manager) Support the event strategy and help shape formats – from workshops and screenings to community rides and theme days Ensure events connect with Berlin’s communities and cultural landscape Coordinate event communication: ticketing, newsletters, web updates Content & Digital Plan and oversee photo & video productions with ex
