Your mission Location: Dubai – Onsite/ office-based role Start Date: August 2026 Contract Type: Freelance / Independent Contractor Workload: Full-time Must-have Requirement: Valid UAE Residence Visa We are looking for an experienced and proactive Interim Talent Acquisition Specialist to join us on a Freelance Basis to support our People & Culture team with recruitment for primarily full-time hires.

Collaborate closely with the People & Culture team and key business stakeholders across the organisation. Able to work independently while collaborating effectively with remote and international teams. Team Engagement Initiatives – team-building activities, health and wellness drives, etc.

Team Socials – team BBQs, season opening and closing parties. Community & Diversity Programme, including an annual BeWunder Culture Day celebrating our international and multicultural team. In this role, you will take ownership of the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, partnering closely with hiring leads and leadership to attract, assess, and hire top talent across multiple functions and locations.

You will act as a trusted recruitment partner, providing market insights, advising hiring stakeholders, and ensuring an outstanding candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

This is an exciting opportunity for a hands-on recruitment professional who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced, project-driven environment and is confident in taking on roles outside their previous experience. Partner with hiring leads and leadership to understand hiring needs and define recruitment strategies.

Source, attract, and engage high-quality candidates through various channels including LinkedIn, professional networks, referrals, and direct sourcing. Conduct candidate screenings and interviews to evaluate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit. Coordinate and manage interview processes, ensuring positive candidate experience.

Act as a sparring partner to hiring leads, providing guidance on talent availability, salary benchmarks, market trends, and recruitment best practices. Build and maintain talent pipelines and networks for current and future hiring needs.

Ensure recruitment activities are accurately documented and maintained within the applicant tracking and HR systems Personio. Support employer branding initiatives and contribute to the continuous improvement of recruitment processes. Track and report recruitment activities, hiring progress, and key talent acquisition metrics.

Your profile Proven experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, or Executive Search within the UAE market. Experience recruiting within the Event Production, Construction, Fit-Out, AVL (Audio, Video & Lighting), Engineering, or Technical Services industries . Existing network of professionals across the UAE and wider GCC market.

Demonstrated experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes across multiple functions and seniority levels. Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to advise and challenge hiring leads constructively. Excellent sourcing capabilities and experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and other talent attraction channels.

Strong communication, interviewing, and relationship-building skills. Highly organised, self-driven, and able to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously. Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
