Responsibilities Sourcing suitable candidates via LinkedIn, Xing and other platforms Reaching out directly to potential candidates and conducting initial interviews Applicant management and coordination of the recruiting process Scheduling and coordinating interviews with hiring teams Building and maintaining a sustainable candidate pool Supporting the optimization of existing recruiting processes Maintaining and managing applicant data in Personio Close collaboration with HR and the relevant departments Professional communication with candidates throughout the entire process Requirements A degree or vocational qualification in human resources, psychology, business administration, or a related field Some experience in recruiting, sourcing, or talent acquisition Ideally experience with Personio or comparable ATS systems Confident and professional manner in candidate interactions Strong communication skills and organizational ability Independent, reliable, and solution-oriented working style High level of commitment and professional handling of sensitive data Affinity for digital recruiting processes and modern tools Very good German language skills, both written and spoken #J-18808-Ljbffr
