Freelance Senior Project Manager – ZINFI / PRM

For an international B2B digitalization project, we are looking for an experienced Freelance Senior Project Manager (m/f/d) with hands-on ZINFI experience.

Your responsibilities:

• Manage an international B2B / Partner Management project
• Drive requirements gathering, prioritization and identification of required developments
• Coordinate business, IT, external partners and vendors
• Manage dependencies across the PRM, commerce, CRM and connected systems
• Support the implementation and further development of the partner platform
• Ensure structured communication, delivery and stakeholder management

Your profile:

• Hands-on project experience with ZINFI / ZINFI UPM is mandatory
• Experience with PRM, partner portals and B2B partner processes
• Good understanding of complex system integrations and APIs
• Experience working with technical teams and external vendors
• Experience with Spryker, GraphQL/Apollo or comparable commerce environments is a plus
• Start: ASAP / 2026

• Location: 100% remote
