What you bring Proven European experience in B2B sales, business development, recruitment, staffing, consulting or freelance/interim solutions. A network of companies or decision-makers who hire freelancers, contractors or fractional professionals. The ability to open doors, build trust and convert conversations into opportunities.

A commercial, entrepreneurial and self-driven mindset. Strong communication skills in English; additional European languages are a plus. Comfort working independently in a commission-only partnership. A highly attractive revenue share: 50% of the margin per successful match.
