About the Company I'm working with a leading renewable energy developer delivering utility-scale Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) and grid infrastructure projects across Germany. About the Role They're looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead delivery, testing and energisation of a major energy storage project based in Munich.
Responsibilities Lead project delivery for utility-scale BESS or grid infrastructure projects from construction through to commercial operation. Coordinate EPC contractors, OEMs, grid operators and project stakeholders through construction, commissioning and energisation.
Oversee quality, testing and validation of battery systems, PCS, transformers, SCADA and control systems. Ensure compliance with project HSE requirements and industry standards. Manage punch-list items, defects and final handover documentation.
Qualifications Proven experience as a Project Manager on utility-scale BESS, renewable energy or power/grid infrastructure projects. Strong knowledge of MV/HV electrical systems and grid-connected assets. Strong stakeholder management and problem-solving skills. EU work eligibility and willingness to be site-based in Munich.
