We’re a small, lean startup that has grown organically so far — and now we’re looking for additional marketing support as we expand. The Role
We are looking for a freelance Marketing Manager (approx. 20 hours per week) to support our marketing activities across cities and channels.
The role focuses on marketing coordination, campaign execution, and content-related activities.
Key Responsibilities

Coordinate and execute marketing campaigns across channels
•
Support performance marketing campaigns (primarily Meta Ads)
•
Plan and manage email marketing campaigns
•
Brief and coordinate external collaborators
•
Support content creation and social media initiatives
•
Create simple marketing assets (e.g., using Canva)
•
Coordinate marketing initiatives across cities
•
Occasionally attend cultural events or meet partners for content creation
What We’re Looking For
•
Freelance marketing professional with several years of experience
•
Experience with performance marketing (Meta Ads preferred)
•
Strong organizational and coordination skills
•
Basic design skills (e.g., Canva) are a plus
•
Interest in culture, arts, and urban life
•
Comfortable working in a lean startup environment
•
English fluent, German is a plus
•
Based in Germany, ideally in Berlin, Hamburg, Cologne, Frankfurt, or Munich
