Scope: You will be fully on site, integrated into the local IT team, supporting production teams as well as office‑based staff working on the site. You coordinate the support teams of external partners.

The environment is production critical, where IT reliability and responsiveness are essential to support daily operations and business users. Key Responsibilities: You provide Level 2 support to users, handling troubleshooting of workstations and peripherals, as well as IT solutions related to tools specific to the manufacturing environment.

You remain available to users and communicate on issue resolutions. You manage a fleet of reliable and secure machines, keep the inventory up to date, and handle their configurations, lifecycle, as well as that of installed applications. You also manage user profiles and access rights in accordance with current standards.

You are responsible for configuring IT equipment based on operational needs and new projects, and you train new employees on IT tools. In collaboration with the IT Manager, you define tools, methods, and standards.
