Responsibilities Conduct online consultations via Google Meet on topics such as occupational disability insurance, investments, retirement planning and family finances. Analyze the financial situation of prospects and existing clients. Develop tailored financial and protection plans that fit clients' lifestyles.
Maintain and document all relevant client data in our CRM system. Proactively manage our existing clients, including regular check-ins on life events and potential optimization opportunities. Handle qualified inbound leads generated via webinars, referrals or our website — no cold calling.
Requirements Professional experience in financial or insurance advisory, e.g., as a broker, in a structured sales organization, or as an advisor at an insurer or bank. Strong communication skills and enjoyment in explaining complex topics clearly. Structured and reliable working style, even during busy periods with many client appointments.
