Manage and maintain our spend management tool Spendesk Organize and reconcile receipts and invoices Categorize transactions and ensure records are complete Prepare monthly bookkeeping handovers for our tax advisor Maintain accurate financial filing systems Monitor incoming and outgoing payments Track outstanding invoices and follow up where necessary Support basic cash flow visibility and reporting Identify opportunities to streamline financial workflows Reduce manual administration through automation and improved systems Support the implementation of AI-assisted processes where appropriate Help create a modern and scalable finance function as the company grows Work with leadership to improve financial visibility and reporting Liaise with team members regarding missing receipts and documentation Coordinate with our external tax advisor Ensure financial records remain organized and audit‑ready Provide occasional financial and administrative support to leadership Requirements Experience in bookkeeping, finance administration, or accounting support Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Comfortable working independently and taking ownership of responsibilities Familiarity with German bookkeeping processes Excellent communication skills Reliable, proactive, and solutions-oriented mindset Experience with Spendesk, SevDesk, DATEV, or similar platforms (Nice to have) Experience working with startups, SMEs, or growing businesses (Nice to have) Understanding of German GmbH structures (Nice to have) Experience working with external tax advisors (Nice to have) Interest in process optimization and digital systems (Nice to have) #J-18808-Ljbffr
