• Assembly, support & dismantling — You ensure that the technology runs perfectly.
• Control lighting and sound equipment — From the first rehearsal to the last show.
• Set up streaming & video technology — we implement hybrid events and live streams together.
• Find creative solutions — No event is the same — you are flexible & solution-oriented.
• Keep an eye on safety & quality — Our events run professionally and smoothly.
• Teamwork & customer contact — communication with organizers, artists & the Pho-Ton team.
That's what you bring
• Experience in event technology — whether as a lighting, sound or stage technician.
• Know-how in lighting and/or sound technology — or are you a real all-rounder?
So much the better!
• Personal responsibility & reliability — You work independently and professionally.
• Technical understanding & resilience — You know your equipment and get involved.
• Flexibility & willingness to travel — Events are dynamic, and so are you.
• Safe handling of assembly and dismantling work — efficiency and structure are your thing.
