We are looking for an SAP FI Tax Business Consultant (English C1 ) to bridge Finance Operations, local markets, and central SAP teams in an S/4HANA environment. You will ensure local tax compliance and integrate regional requirements into global SAP templates, acting as an internal consultant (no direct system customization required).

Qualifications & Requirements :

• 5+ years of hands‑on experience as a Business Consultant working with SAP FI processes .
• Strong functional expertise in SAP FI Tax Accounting within S/4HANA environments.
• Practical functional experience with SAP DRC (Statutory Reporting and Electronic Document Processing).
• Deep understanding of IFRS/accounting principles , Chart of Accounts, posting logics, and local tax compliance requirements.
• Experience in requirements engineering, process transformation, and creating Business Blueprints/User Stories.
• Professional background in Finance, Accounting, or Auditing (international accounting experience preferred).
• Working knowledge of Agile methodologies and tools ( Jira, Confluence ).
• Experience with supplier management and coordination of Agile delivery teams.

Key Responsibilities :

• 1-. Stakeholder Management & Coordination:

Act as the primary Single Point of Contact (SPOC) and main liaison for SAP FI Tax-related topics across international markets, specifically Hungary and Romania. Drive discussions between Finance Operations (FO), local business units, tax authorities, and central IT/template teams. Coordinate cross-functional integration with related workstreams, including Invoice Verification, Purchasing, and Logistics.

• 2-. Business Process Analysis & Requirement Engineering:

Analyze "AS-IS" processes and define "TO-BE" business model transformations based on business priorities. Gather, analyze, and validate local tax and compliance requirements, translating them into clear functional specifications, Business Blueprints, concepts, and Jira User Stories. Evaluate business demands and define system change requirements for complex IT solutions.

• 3-. SAP DRC & Tax Compliance Integration:

Support SAP Document and Reporting Compliance (DRC) processes, including electronic document processing and statutory reporting under S/4HANA. Ensure local tax requirements and local authority regulations are correctly integrated into global SAP templates while adhering strictly to central group accounting guidelines and manuals. Oversee Chart of Accounts structures and posting logic alignment according to international accounting standards.

• 4-. Project Execution & Delivery Support:

Support implementation activities for tax-related processes in alignment with global templates. Monitor progress, manage demand, review system specifications, and escalat issue to key stakeholders when necessary. Define and test module interfaces, assisting in service delivery and operations integration.
