Position: Freelancer - Pitch Digital Strategist

Freelancer - Pitch Digital Strategist (all gender) - Unterstützung für nationale und internationale Media Pitches Standort: Frankfurt, remote oder hybrid

Aufgabengebiet

• Entwicklung digitaler Kommunikations-, Marketing- und Mediastrategien für nationale und internationale Pitches
• Analyse von Digitalstrategien der Wettbewerber
• Entwicklung von Audience-, Funnel- und Customer-Journey-Modellen
• Ableitung datenbasierter Wachstums- und Kommunikationsstrategien
• Entwicklung von strategischen Leitideen und Pitch-Narrativen
• Identifikation relevanter Trends, Plattformen, Technologien und Innovationsansätze
• Nutzung von AI-Tools zur Recherche, Analyse und Strategieentwicklung
• Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Strategie-, Media-, Data- und NB-Pitchteams
• Erstellung von Präsentationen, Storylines und strategischen Empfehlungen
• Teilnahme an Präsentationen oder Schulung von Kollegen für die Präsentation

Skill‑Set

• Mindestens 5 Jahre Erfahrung in einer Mediaagentur, Digitalagentur, Kreativagentur, Unternehmensberatung oder vergleichbaren strategischen Funktion
• Nachweisbare Erfahrung in Pitch-, Review- oder Ausschreibungsprozessen
• Tiefes Verständnis digitaler Marketing-, Kommunikations- und Mediastrategien
• Fähigkeit, innerhalb kürzester Zeit neue Märkte, Branchen und Geschäftsmodelle zu durchdringen
• Erfahrung in der Entwicklung überzeugender strategischer Storylines
• Fähigkeit, aus einem Briefing innerhalb weniger Tage erste strategische Hypothesen und Lösungsansätze abzuleiten
• Schwieriger Umgang mit PowerPoint
• Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
• Strategische und pragmatische Denkweise
• Fähigkeit komplexe Zusammenhänge auf wenige überzeugende Kernbotschaften zu reduzieren
• Sehr gutes Storytelling
• Erfahrung mit FMCG-, Retail-, Automotive-, Finance- oder Healthcare-Marken (nice to have)
• Kenntnisse in Customer Experience, CRM, Data & Analytics oder Marketing Technology (nice to have)
• Verständnis moderner Media-Planungs- und Aktivierungsmodelle (nice to have)
• Erfahrung in internationalen Projekten (nice to have)
