We are supporting an international manufacturing and technology organization in the search for a hands-on LucaNet Implementation Lead to drive the rollout of LucaNet across multiple entities.

The successful consultant will act as the primary point person for the implementation, working directly with finance teams in the US and Germany while coordinating with an external LucaNet value-added reseller. This is a functional finance systems role requiring a blend of consolidation, reporting, and accounting expertise.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation and rollout of LucaNet for consolidation, reporting, and planning.
• Serve as the primary liaison between internal finance teams and the external LucaNet implementation partner.
• Design and configure reporting structures, dimensions, and consolidation processes within LucaNet.
• Support multi-entity consolidation, including:
• Intercompany eliminations
• Multi-currency reporting
• Group reporting requirements
• Work directly with finance teams to define reporting requirements and translate them into LucaNet reporting structures.
• Help build management and board-level reporting capabilities.
• Ensure data is appropriately extracted from NetSuite and structured within LucaNet.
• Participate in knowledge transfer and handover activities with the current consultant.

Required Experience

• Previous LucaNet implementation experience (at least one successful implementation strongly preferred).
• Strong understanding of financial consolidation and reporting processes.
• Experience working in multi-entity and international environments.
• Knowledge of US GAAP financial reporting.
• Understanding of:
• Cost of sales accounting
• Standard costing concepts
• Ability to work independently while coordinating multiple stakeholders.

Preferred Experience

• Experience working with manufacturing or industrial businesses.
• Exposure to planning and forecasting processes within LucaNet.
• Knowledge of transfer pricing, ASC 606 revenue recognition, or project controlling.

Ideal Candidate

This role is best suited to a consultant who combines finance and systems expertise and has previously led or supported a LucaNet implementation. The client is seeking a hands-on operator who can work directly with finance teams, challenge reporting requirements, and help build a scalable consolidation and reporting environment rather than relying solely on external implementation partners.
