The team at blended.io is looking for a talented software UI Designer focused on concept, visual design, and design definitions (for implementation).

You must prove that you have done a great job in the past and can deliver on your promises. • At least 1-3 years of experience working on mid- to highly complex applications, systems, and architectures (a landing page is not software) • Experience working in teams delivering software solutions to startups, SMBs, or corporations • Proven track record of establishing application structure through content layouts and navigation design • Excellent knowledge of current best practices and trends • Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment • Skilled in practicing lean UX approaches • Good at presenting designs and articulating design decisions • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills • Strong communication skills, especially important for remote collaboration • Experience with Agile methodologies is preferred Preferred knowledge in: • Experience with Sketch and InVision is a plus • Experience working on B2B products What you will support (not limited to) • Remote, freelance collaboration that lasts • Build and define visual UIs based on experience, current trends, and future outlooks • Develop and maintain design wireframes, style guides, and specifications • Create UI specifications for implementation with frontend developers • Work with Sketch, Omnigraffle, and/or Axure depending on project needs • Collaborate in an agile environment to fully implement designed experiences • Work with talented engineers to ensure services and solutions are usable and successful • Be involved in the entire UX process from research to implementation Why we do, what we do At blended.io, we believe that top-notch digital services and physical products require a deep understanding of engineering combined with a holistic approach to User Experience.
