Hey there 👋 IMPORTANT: For this role you need to have a registered freelance business or similar corporate entity - this is not an in-house role With juucy, we are together creating a new talent acquisition category.

Thus, we enable a growing community of independent recruiters to do more, by building technology that makes them more efficient and providing commercial partnerships with serious clients.

We are actively shaping a resilient, geographically dispersed community of independent recruiters to collaborate with some of Europe's most innovative enterprises. Your responsibilities will include managing requisitions (currently with a strong focus on tech) for post-funding scale-up companies, SMEs and larger corporates.

Your role involves: Delivering global recruitment services through adaptable sourcing and headhunting.

Managing our existing client portfolio, which includes startups, SMEs and corporates in EU Elevating talent acquisition delivery through effective sourcing strategies Qualifications: A minimum of 3+ years of recruitment experience, ideally in Tech or Business-related roles (in-house or external).

Advanced sourcing capabilities, particularly in boolean search techniques. In-depth knowledge of the European Talent Market.

A registered freelance business or similar corporate entity that allows you to receive income from commercial activity Proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter and/ or other sourcing methods Native or professional-level English proficiency. Nice to have: Familiarity with demanding, fast-paced work environments.
