Senior SAP Data Migration Transformation Consultant

We are seeking an experienced Senior SAP Data Migration Transformation Consultant to join a critical project with an immediate start. This is an urgent requirement for a senior-level professional with strong SAP SuccessFactors data migration expertise, particularly within Employee Central Payroll (ECP).

Key Responsibilities

• Perform source data analysis, cleansing, and validation activities.
• Execute data transformation and reconciliation processes to ensure data quality and integrity.
• Support data migration activities, including preparation, loading, and validation of data in target systems.
• Investigate, manage, and resolve migration-related errors and data issues.
• Provide regular progress updates, status reporting, and risk identification throughout the migration lifecycle.
• Collaborate with project stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of migration objectives.

Required Skills & Experience

• Medium to high level experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP).
• Basic understanding of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC).
• Strong knowledge of data migration methodologies and best practices, including:
• Source data analysis
• Data transformation
• Target system data loading
• Error management and resolution
• Progress and status reporting
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proactive approach with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
• Ability to work independently and drive deliverables in a fast-paced environment.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including Data analysis, Data transformation, Validation and reconciliation
