1. Managing Capabilities: Manage and work with data findings of data specialist Hold data specialists, dev, and support specialists accountable Report to the team lead with questions, observations, and process improvement ideas 2.
Optimizing skills: Prepare, run and evaluate A/B tests for clients Conceptualize, create, prioritize, and design a hypothesis Prepare templates/ tests for developers for seamless coding schedules 3.
Data findings & testing schedule Use data findings to put the hypothesis into context and create a testing tactic for the client Oversee seamless data collection for clients and manage the client's testing schedule.
Requirements Come as you are - the role's requirements: Independent and organised working style Analytical thinking and creativity Strong communication skills / customer service Basic understanding of e-commerce Fluent communication skills in English Neuromarketing and sales psychology Understanding of A/B testing statistics.
