About The Team You’ll join a team of 3 other HR operations specialists and 2 HR business partners.
Your impact HR Administration & Employee Lifecycle Manage end‑to‑end employee lifecycle processes (onboarding, contract management, off boarding) across multiple countries Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date employee records in the HRIS Oversee key administrative processes such as probation period tracking, contract amendments, and employee documentation Payroll & Data Management Prepare and validate variable elements for monthly payroll in collaboration with Finance and external providers Support payroll processes across different entities, ensuring accuracy and compliance Produce regular HR reports and dashboards (monthly, annual), ensuring data quality and consistency Employee Support & Stakeholder Collaboration Act as a first point of contact for employees on HR‑related topics, providing guidance and support Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders (Finance, Legal, Product, Leadership) Coordinate with local HR teams and external providers across different countries (e.g.
France, Germany) Process Improvement & HR Operations Continuously review and improve HR administrative processes to increase efficiency and scalability Support the structuring of HR operations in a multi‑entity, multi‑country environment Contribute to HR projects linked to process optimization, compliance, and employee development Experience International Mobility & Compliance Support relocation processes and liaise with external providers for immigration procedures Ensure compliance with local labor laws, social security, and benefits administration across regions To succeed you should meet at least 70% of these requirements 3+ years of experience in HR Operations / HR Administration in an international environment Hands‑on experience with payroll coordination and HR data management Strong understanding of employee lifecycle processes Experience working across multiple countries (France, Germany, Belgium, NL, Spain is a strong plus) Familiarity with HRIS tools and HR reporting Strong organizational and operational mindset with attention to detail Ability to structure and improve processes in growing organizations Excellent stakeholder management and cross‑functional collaboration skills Problem‑solving mindset with a proactive approach Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, evolving and international environment Recruitment steps A first call with one of our recruiters An interview focused on the mission and your expertise An interview focused on our company skills Hopefully, an offer you can’t refuse Turn back if… You’re looking for a highly structured environment with fully established processes You’re uncomfortable working in a fast‑paced, scaling organization You prefer purely manual processes and are reluctant to adopt new tools or automation What we can offer 6 months freelance assignment Remote‑first culture with quarterly and annual all‑staff in‑person meetups to keep teams connected and collaborative Possibility to work from another EU country for up to 3 months per year The opportunity to be part of a multicultural European company Our commitment to equal employment opportunities EPI offers the same job opportunities to all, without distinction of gender, ethnicity, religion, sexual orientation, social status, disability or age.
