Responsibilities
• Lead the migration and setup of Grafana for monitoring and observability.
• Develop dashboards and visualizations, including precise query definitions.
• Create and adapt parsers to structure data inputs for efficient visualization.
• Configure alarms, alert rules, and notification channels.
• Collaborate with the project team to ensure smooth integration into the client’s monitoring environment.

Freelance opportunity for a Grafana Implementation and Migration Consultant on a part-time (0.5 FTE), 3 month contract basis with a major Retailer in Germany. October start date target. Daily rate available. This is a remote role with occasional travel to NRW, Germany. Fluent German and professional English are required.
Requirements
• Very good hands-on experience with Grafana, including prior experience with Grafana implementation or migration.
• Strong problem‑solving and consulting skills at Senior Consultant level.
• Professional German and English language skills (written and spoken).
• Ideally, experience with LogScale (advantageous but not required).
