Marketing Engagement: Freelance, ongoing Start: Q2/Q3 2026 Volume: ~8 videos/month The Role We're building our brand on LinkedIn and need someone who can turn our world — massive printing machines, complex global installations, a team transforming a traditional industry — into short, visually striking videos that stop the scroll.

What You’ll Do Edit existing video raw material into LinkedIn‑optimized clips (15–90 seconds) Color grading, sound design, subtitles — every video ready to publish Produce multiple formats from the same source: short films, clips, reels Deliver ~8 videos/month based on briefings and an editorial calendar On‑Site Production Travel to customer sites and our Aachen facilities for dedicated shoot days Capture time‑lapses, close‑ups, B‑roll of machines, installations, and team Build a growing library of visual assets for ongoing content use Work from detailed video briefings (scripts, shot lists, tonality guidelines) Align with our internal stakeholders on brand tonality and visual standards Manage your own schedule and deliver reliably against editorial deadlines What We’re Looking For Proven portfolio of social‑media video production (show us what you’ve made) Proficient in professional editing software (DaVinci Resolve, Premiere Pro, or equivalent) Own professional equipment for on‑site shoots (camera, lighting, audio, stabilization) Strong eye for LinkedIn‑optimized formats: hook in the first 3 seconds, subtitled, vertical + square Experience with industrial, B2B, or technical subject matter is a strong plus — willingness to travel for shoots (primarily DACH, occasionally EU) Comfortable working in English; German is a plus What We Offer Ongoing engagement — predictable monthly volume (~8 videos), not one‑off projects Professional briefings — our internal stakeholders delivers detailed scripts and shot lists so you can focus on production Visually rich environment — large‑format printing machines, industrial aesthetics, global installations.

You’ll have two tracks: editing existing raw material into polished social‑media clips, and shooting new footage on‑site at our facilities and customer locations. You’ll work from detailed briefings created by our internal stakeholders and deliver finished videos ready to post.
