Join an editorial podcast project focused on exploring single-word themes through the lens of Caribbean diaspora and Black cultural perspectives. This freelance role involves editing both video and audio for a full season of 15 episodes—12 solo (30 minutes each) and 3 guest episodes (45 minutes each).
The ideal candidate will bring a warm, editorial visual tone, intentional pacing, and a restrained editing style that highlights strong pull-quote moments. You will be responsible for delivering polished YouTube videos with clean lower thirds, high-quality audio exports, and three social-ready vertical clips per episode.
Reference styles include ‘We Don’t Always Agree with Ryan & Sterling’ and ‘Baby, This Is Keke Palmer.’ Applicants should be able to match these reference styles and demonstrate a keen understanding of the cultural context.
