Your mission We’re looking for a creative and experienced freelance Social Media Manager to lead content creation on Hard Skill Requirements Create unique, high-quality posts, stories, and reels Plan and schedule weekly content that aligns with our visual and brand identity Engage with the community and respond to DMs/comments Monitor performance and optimize for reach and engagement Must have experience with beauty and/or wellness brands Must be proficient in English (German is a plus) Your profile Personality-wise, you are Creative: you are quick to come up with out-of-the-box ideas for promotion, content, and generally creative problem-solving Organized: You’re good at tracking your work, keeping others in the loop, and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
