We are looking for a highly skilled and autonomous professional to take the reins as a lead consultant and project manager for end-to-end video production. In this pivotal role, you will steer the creation of approximately 20 high-impact B2B Sell-In videos for upcoming seasonal launches across Europe. You will serve as the crucial link between internal brand teams, regional marketing operations, and external production agencies, ensuring seamless execution and strategic alignment. This is your chance to make a tangible impact on how a world-class brand communicates its vision and products to its B2B partners.

Your Impactful Contributions

• Define and steer end-to-end production flows, guidelines, and timelines in close collaboration with external creative and production agencies, overseeing projects where filming and editing are managed by agency partners.
• Facilitate weekly milestone meetings and bridge communication gaps across various business units, regional marketing operations, and production teams to ensure cross-functional alignment.
• Create and update standardized briefing templates, script structures, and comprehensive project decks (MS PowerPoint) to streamline communication and project documentation.
• Build and meticulously track detailed production schedules and project budgets (MS Excel), proactively identifying and flagging potential risks and constraints.
• Provide expert guidance and consulting on filming logistics, film crew, and styling briefings, and conduct thorough sample checks to guarantee product accuracy before shoots.

What We Are Looking For

• Extensive experience as a Senior Video Producer, Production Project Manager, or Audiovisual Consultant, with a strong preference for experience within the retail, fashion, or sportswear industry.
• Deep knowledge of video production workflows, encompassing the entire process from strategic brief development to final asset delivery.
• Proven strong stakeholder management skills, particularly within complex, international corporate environments.
• Proficiency with MS Excel for budget tracking and production planning, and MS PowerPoint for presentations.
• Full working proficiency in English, as it is the primary language of the project.
• Established freelance or independent contractor status.
