Aquent is currently looking for an experienced Senior Video Production Consultant / Project Manager to lead the end-to-end Sell‑In video production for one of the world’s most iconic sportswear & lifestyle brands.

In this strategic and operational role, you will act as an autonomous external consultant, steering the production of approximately 20 high‑impact B2B Sell‑In videos for the upcoming seasonal launch across Europe. You will bridge the gap between internal brand category teams, European marketing operations, and external production agencies.

Your Key Missions

• End-to-end production steering: Define production flows, guidelines, and timelines in close collaboration with external creative and production agencies (filming & editing are managed by agency partners).
• Cross‑functional alignment: Facilitate weekly milestone meetings and bridge communication gaps across Business Units, regional marketing operations, and production teams.
• Framework & briefing management: Create and update standardized briefing templates, script structures, and comprehensive project decks (MS PowerPoint).
• Budget & schedule management: Build and track detailed production schedules and project budgets (MS Excel), proactively flagging risks and constraints.
• On‑set & pre‑production consulting: Provide expert guidance on filming logistics, film crew and styling briefings, and run sample checks to guarantee product accuracy before shoots.

What We Are Looking For

• Extensive experience as a Senior Video Producer, Production Project Manager, or Audiovisual Consultant, ideally within the retail, fashion, or sportswear industry.
• Deep knowledge of video production workflows, from strategic brief to final asset delivery.
• Strong stakeholder management skills within complex, international corporate environments.
• Proficiency with MS Excel (budget tracking, production planning) and PowerPoint.
• Full working proficiency in English (working language of the project).
• Established freelance / independent contractor status.

• Briefing & Dokumentation: Erstellung und Optimierung von Briefing‑Tools, Skript‑Vorlagen und detaillierten Projektpräsentationen (MS PowerPoint).
• Budget‑ & Terminplanung: Selbstständige Pflege von Produktionsplänen und Budgetübersichten (MS Excel) inklusive frühzeitiger Risiko‑ und Engpassanalysen.
• Pre‑Production & On‑Set‑Consulting: Fachliche Beratung bei Filmcrew‑ und Stylist‑Briefings sowie eigenständige Prüfung der Produktmuster (Sample Check) zur Qualitätssicherung vor dem Dreh.
