Key Responsibilities • Ensuring the smooth workflow and quality assurance of press and communication activities delivered for the client • Building and maintaining strong relationships with media outlets, journalists, influencers, and other communication stakeholders • Designing and implementing media strategies that support communication objectives and initiatives • Identifying opportunities for collaboration with relevant partners, networks, and multipliers • Conducting analyses and developing recommendations for future communication initiatives and independent evaluations • Providing strategic input and feedback on ongoing projects to strengthen media outreach and communication effectiveness • Identifying opportunities to enhance visibility and engagement through regional communication activities, projects, and partnerships • Planning and coordinating media presence across a variety of channels and platforms Required Skills & Experience • Proven experience in media relations, communication strategy, and stakeholder engagement • Strong understanding of the media landscape in the region and ability to identify strategic communication opportunities • Ability to analyse complex information and translate insights into actionable recommendations • Excellent planning and coordination skills, including managing media presence across different media outlets and communication channels • Ability to identify, summarize, and present strategic opportunities for visibility and engagement • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Highly adaptable, proactive, and flexible, with the ability to manage multiple priorities Languages • German: Minimum C1 , preferably C2 • English: Minimum C1 Location: Bonn, Germany Engagement Type: Part-Time Freelance Assignment Right to Work, Location & Sponsorship We welcome applications from candidates based anywhere in the world.
