German Freelance Quality & Team Manager Remote across Europe | Freelance Are you looking for a flexible business model , a strong focus on quality and a long-term freelance collaboration within a dynamic and people-oriented environment?

For an international project, we are currently looking for a Freelance Quality & Team Manager to join a high-performing remote team.

Your responsibilities Conduct 1:1 coaching sessions and call monitoring to identify strengths and development areas Ensure consistently high service quality, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and professional expertise Analyse individual training needs and coordinate training activities (communication skills, product knowledge, processes) Deliver online workshops and project onboarding sessions using a variety of training methodologies Motivate and guide a fully remote team , promoting high quality standards Act as the first operational point of contact for the team Identify process improvement opportunities and report performance and results to the Operations Manager What is offered Freelance collaboration , fully remote across Europe (you can work between 10-90 hours per week, you decide how many).
