Freelance Opportunity - Foundations (m/f/d)

We are building up our pool of freelance site managers and construction supervisors for wind energy foundation works in Germany. Upcoming projects cover the supervision of foundation construction for wind turbines in demanding project environments. If this matches your background, we would like to have you on our system for current and future assignments.

• Location: Germany (various project sites)
• Full-time, on-site
• Start dates depend on project schedules; applications are welcome at any time

Your Tasks

• Site management and construction supervision of foundation works
• Supervision of concrete, reinforcement, formwork and foundation activities
• Checking execution against technical drawings and reinforcement plans
• Identifying and documenting deviations between design and execution, and initiating corrective measures
• Coordinating contractors and site teams
• Ensuring compliance with quality, HSE and project requirements
• Monitoring construction progress and preparing site reports
• Supporting communication between project management, contractors and engineering teams
• Ensuring complete project documentation throughout the construction phase

Your Profile

• Experience in site management, construction supervision or site coordination
• Sound knowledge of concrete, foundation, reinforced concrete, civil or structural engineering works
• Experience with wind turbine foundations or comparable infrastructure projects is an advantage
• Confident reading of technical drawings and reinforcement plans
• Hands-on mentality and practical site experience
• Very good German language skills
• Good English skills are an advantage
