We're looking for an experienced Freelance IT Project Manager to lead and drive critical initiatives in the electronic patient record (ePA) space for a leading digital health company based in Berlin.
If you have a strong background in healthcare IT, project delivery, and stakeholder management, this is your opportunity to make a real impact on the future of patient data systems in Germany.
Within this position, you will be managing the end-to-end delivery of IT projects related to ePA integration and infrastructure, ensuring compliance with gematik and other relevant regulatory frameworks.
Your profile:
• Deep understanding of the German eHealth landscape, especially the ePA ecosystem
• Familiarity with interoperability standards (e.g., FHIR, HL7), TI connectors, and data protection protocols (GDPR)
• Strong communication skills in German (C1+) and English
• Experience working with or coordinating gematik-compliant solutions is a major plus
• Agile and/or classical project management certifications (e.g., Scrum, PRINCE2, PMP) preferred
