Description:
• Plan and execute brand experiences from pop-ups and campus tours to large-scale street activations.
• Own projects end to end, including scoping, budgeting, vendor management, timelines, permits, onsite operations, and post-event wrap.
• Build production timelines, runs of show, and operational checklists.
• Source, manage, and coordinate vendors.
• Create and maintain accurate production budgets.
• Support permitting, compliance, and other pre-production logistics.
• Coordinate creative deliverables and keep work aligned with brand expectations.
• Act as the main point of coordination across clients, internal teams, and stakeholders.
• Lead onsite event execution and handle operational issues as they arise.
• Collect event metrics, organize photo and video assets, and turn results into recap decks and future recommendations.
Requirements:
• 2-5 years of experience in experiential, events, or production work, on the agency or brand side.
• Experience owning project coordination from start to finish.
• Strong organization, follow-through, and comfort working in spreadsheets and checklists.
• Clear, professional communication with clients and vendors.
• Willingness to work early mornings, nights, and weekends as needed.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace and familiarity with GSuite, Monday, HubSpot, or similar tools.
• Experience with mobile or vehicle activations such as food trucks, step vans, or trailers is a plus.
• Knowledge of NYC or other major-market permitting is preferred.
• Basic Adobe or Canva skills are a plus.
• Experience with generative AI is a plus.
• Experience staffing brand ambassadors and training onsite teams is a plus.
• Comfort using measurement tools such as QR flows, foot-traffic counters, and surveys is a plus.
• A valid drivers license is preferred.
