• Providing live support for virtual events, primarily via the Morressier livestream platform, but also via text & email
• Troubleshooting users' technical setups, ensuring they function correctly
• Providing guidance on the features & functions of the platform
• Communicating cross-functionally within the company to resolve issues as they arise
• Delivering training sessions & dress rehearsals for users

We are looking for enthusiastic self-starters who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and who aren't afraid to take charge and ask questions. We here at Morressier are reinventing how people engage and interact with early-stage research, and an integral part of this mission are the virtual events we run on our platform.
As an Event Operations Associate, you will be helping to manage these intensive and highly immersive experiences, by both leading training in the build-up to the event and also monitoring the sessions for the event itself.
