Responsibilities Design and build email marketing campaigns in ServiceTitan Marketing Pro for multiple HVAC and home service brands Create both one-time and automated email campaigns, including promotions, maintenance reminders, membership messaging, and customer re-engagement Develop creative email layouts, messaging, and subject lines customized to each brand Manage monthly campaign calendars across multiple companies Build and manage audience segmentation using ServiceTitan customer data Ensure campaigns align with brand guidelines while still pushing creative improvement Monitor performance metrics including open rates, click‑through rates, conversions, and revenue attribution Make data‑driven optimizations to improve results over time Collaborate with internal marketing teams to align campaigns with broader initiatives Requirements Hands‑on experience building email campaigns in ServiceTitan Marketing Pro preferred Strong understanding of email marketing best practices, automation, and segmentation Ability to design and write for multiple brands simultaneously without reusing generic templates Creative mindset with attention to detail in both copy and layout Comfort managing recurring monthly deliverables across several businesses Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and communicate clearly Experience in HVAC or home services marketing is strongly preferred. #J-18808-Ljbffr
