Freelance Civil Engineer / Construction Project Manager (m/f/d) - Industrial & Civil Construction - ASAP Start Start: ASAP Duration: 6 months + option to extend Workload: Full-time preferred Location: Saarland, DE On-site Requirement: High on-site presence required For a major industrial client, we are seeking an experienced Civil Engineer / Construction Project Manager (m/f/d) to support industrial investment and infrastructure projects.
The focus of this role is on civil, structural, and industrial construction projects rather than steel construction specialization.
Responsibilities Planning and managing construction and investment projects, from modifications of existing facilities to large‑scale construction sites Developing technical solutions in building and civil engineering Preparing and monitoring project schedules Managing project budgets and cost control Tendering, technical bid evaluation, and preparation of scopes of work Managing investment projects and major repair works Coordinating external engineering service providers Supervising construction activities and ensuring alignment with operational requirements Required Qualifications Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent Several years of relevant project management experience Strong expertise in building construction, civil engineering, reinforced concrete construction, and industrial construction Experience in industrial plant environments is highly desirable Proficiency with MS Office, AutoCAD, and ideally RIB iTWO Independent, pragmatic, and solution‑oriented working style Strong communication and coordination skills Fluent German required Application Please send your current CV, availability, and hourly rate expectation.
