Location: Frankfurt (Hybrid:2-3 Days onsite) Contract Type: Initial 6‑Month Contract (Strong Possibility to Extend) Language Requirement: English Speaking (German Speaking is a bonus) Role Overview We are seeking an experienced Altium Designer to support ongoing electronics development projects.
The ideal candidate will bring strong technical capability in PCB design, high‑speed layout, schematic development, and hands‑on analysis of existing hardware. Key Responsibilities Produce high‑quality PCB designs using Altium Designer, following best practices and design rules.
Develop, review, and optimise schematic layouts for new and existing electronic products. Perform measurement, troubleshooting, and analysis on current PCB designs to validate performance and guide improvements. Work on high‑speed PCB design, ensuring signal‑integrity requirements are met.
Support the development of power‑related circuits, including power management systems up to 700W. Document design changes, test results, and relevant design artefacts for internal and external stakeholders. Apply experience with Texas Instruments (TI) SoCs or similar complex processors within design workflows (where required).
Strong, proven experience with Altium Designer in a professional engineering environment. Hands‑on experience with Texas Instruments(TI) or similar complex processors. Solid background in schematic capture, multi‑layer PCB layout, and hardware debugging. Practical experience in measurement, testing, and analysis of PCB designs.
