Freelance aircraft engineer (m/f/d)

Aero Avionik Saarbrücken is looking for Freelance Aircraft Engineers to strengthen our growing maintenance team.

What You’ll Be Working On

You will carry out scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on a modern fleet of business aircraft, including:

• Cessna Citation XLS
• Embraer Legacy 600/650
• Duration: 3 months or more

-40+ hours per week

• Accommodation provided
• ZUP clearance is desired
• Exposure to a diverse and technically challenging fleet
• The opportunity to maintain one of Europe’s most dynamic business jet fleets as the maintenance partner of Luminair

Your Role

As part of our team, you will:

• Carry out scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on business aircraft
• Support maintenance checks and help coordinate the work of your team
• Take responsibility for assigned maintenance tasks
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently
• Work closely with our maintenance team and support our ongoing operations
• Uphold the highest standards of safety, quality, and professionalism

What We’re Looking For

• Experience on the aircraft types listed above is beneficial but not essential
• A responsible, hands-on team player with strong communication skills
• The willingness to take responsibility and work independently
• A good command of English
