A pioneer of the circular economy, Grover refurbishes and recirculates devices to help eliminate e‑waste. Location & Engagement Berlin – freelance (contract) engagement. Contract duration, weekly capacity, and day rate will be aligned during the process.

Role Overview As a freelance Direct Buyer, you will sit at the heart of one of the fastest-moving parts of our business, sourcing devices that power Grover's subscription catalogue across Europe. You will work closely with the Head of Procurement and Category Management, building a full procurement function and taking real ownership from day one.

Responsibilities include B‑stock sourcing, OEM relationships, and supplier negotiations.
