This role is ideal for a content professional with a strong understanding of branding, digital marketing, and employee experience, who can craft campaigns that elevate employer brand across digital channels.
Create localized and engaging content that highlights the company culture, employee stories, and workplace values across websites, social media, job portals, and internal channels. Handle digital marketing campaigns that promote employer brand and support talent acquisition goals.
Monitor content performance and engagement metrics, and continuously optimize for reach and impact. Support employer brand activations, recruitment campaigns, and internal communications for the Korean talent market. Requirements 4-5 years of experience incontent marketing, digital campaigns, or employer branding in South Korea.
Strong writing and storytelling skills in both Korean and English. Ability to translate employer brand strategies into compelling digital content. Familiarity with South Korea’s digital platforms, tal
