Chief of Staff (Operations / part-time or freelance) Location: TNGE Cologne, North Rhine-Westphalia, Germany Employment type: Part‑time (10–15 hours per week) Seniority level: Director Job function: Administrative What you will do Business & Operations Ownership • Manage invoicing, expenses and payment tracking • Coordinate with accountants, contractors and external vendors • Own contract administration (template management, preparing and sending agreements, tracking redlines, versions, signatures and deadlines, ensuring completion and proper filing) • Maintain and continuously improve Notion, CRM, Google Drive and operational workflows • Prepare briefs, summaries and research projects • Support client onboarding and project coordination • Create job ads for recruitment, screen candidates and conduct first‑round interviews • Drive business development and growth projects Executive & Personal Support • Own complex calendar coordination across multiple time zones • Plan and manage travel • Handle reservations, scheduling and personal admin • Triage inboxes and support day‑to‑day communication You are • Minimum 2 years experience in Operations, Coordination, Chief of Staff or agency roles • Confident handling global contract workflows and terminology • Exceptionally organised, reliable and highly detail‑oriented • A clear, professional communicator • Fully fluent in German and English • Tech‑savvy across Google Workspace, Notion, Canva, Figma, Stripe, Lexware • Discreet, trustworthy and comfortable working closely with founders • Independent, proactive and able to anticipate needs • Available 10–15 hours per week, starting immediately Bonus if • Worked in beauty, fashion, wellness or creative industries • Supported founders or boutique agencies before • Brings strong research skills and operational thinking Why TNGE We work with global leaders and breakout beauty brands—fast, strategic and just the right amount of obsessed.
