Key Responsibilities: • Attend in-person meetings in your designated city to support prospective students. • Present and promote our programs with confidence and enthusiasm. • Communicate effectively to answer questions and help students find solutions. • Create opportunities – Proactively request and arrange meetings from the remote sales team and upcoming meeting calendar. • Manage and track meetings to ensure maximum impact.

With $100M raised in seed funding from top venture funds, we are expanding rapidly and are looking for passionate individuals to join us in transforming lives through education. Role Overview: Students across Germany use a Bildungsgutschein (educational voucher) to enroll at Masterschool.

We aim to develop a best-in-class consultant and enrollment process to make it easier for students to join using a Bildungsgutschein. We are looking for a career consultant or sales professional to guide students through the enrollment process through in-person meetings in the designated cities (above).

This role requires strong communication skills (Fluent in ENG + DE), empathy, energy, and a results-driven mindset. This is a freelance role with uncapped bonus earnings potential.

Qualifications + What We’re Looking For: Fluent in German & English (Required) Mobility to meet students in one of the following cities (Required): • Stuttgart • Berlin • Hamburg • Frankfurt Quick thinker – Able to handle objections and find solutions on the spot. Empathetic & energetic – You love to help others.

You connect with people easily and bring enthusiasm to meetings. Self-motivated & eager to win – You don’t wait for opportunities; you create them. What’s in It for You? €70 per meeting (Freelance contract) Uncapped bonus based on success.

Preferred skills (Nice to Have, but Not Required): • Experience dealing with public offices and navigating bureaucratic processes. • Experience with sales, negotiation, or consulting. • Background in education, vocational training, or career consulting.
