Join Our On-Call Team at Frankfurt Airport: Help Passengers Claim Their Rights! Your Role & Responsibilities When a significant flight disruption occurs (e.g., delays exceeding 3 hours), our operations team will contact you with all the details. To date, we have assisted hundreds of thousands of travelers navigate stressful travel disruptions.
We are currently expanding our network and looking for Freelance Passenger Support / Flyer Distributors (m/f/d) on an on-call basis at Frankfurt Airport. This is a non-sales role focused purely on information sharing, passenger support, and professional representation.
Respond on Short Notice: Travel to the Frankfurt Airport arrivals area when notified. Inform Passengers: Distribute informational flyers to passengers of the affected flight and explain how FlightHelp can assist them. Be a Reassuring Presence: Communicate with passengers in a friendly, calm, and professional manner.
No airport security clearance is required for this role. What We Offer High Flexibility: A completely flexible schedule based on flight disruption events. Work only when incidents occur and you are available. Great Compensation: €40 per assignment (each assignment lasts approximately 1 hour). Full Expense Reimburseme
